Inspired by the Harlem Renaissance and jazz clubs, this lacquer is named in honor of the undisputed, multi-talented genius Nina Simone. The vanguard of black excellence. Nina Simone, known as the High Priestess of Soul was the most extraordinary griot of her time, with an exquisite ability to weave an almost hypnotic spell with her art. Her career spanned over four decades and forty albums. She stoked the fire of liberation and remembered us with every note. She was the teacher we didn't even know we needed. We honor Ms. Simone with this lacquer.
