What currency are the prices listed in?
All prices are in USD. Payments are processed through shopify, we accept credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.
What is processing time? Processing time is the time it takes us, Goddess Lacquer to handcraft, package, label and hand over your beautiful lacquers to the shipping carrier. Our processing time is currently 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, if an unforeseen event should arise to extend this time frame, you will be notified via email and/or the banner on our homepage.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 7-10 business days processing time for your order to be handed over to the shipping carrier average shipping times (once in the hands of the carrier) are 10-12 days. Shipping carriers may extend these times depending on national and global current events, as well as the holiday season.
Where is my tracking number? Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you haven't received a tracking number 7 business days after your order has shipped, please email us at Orders@goddesslacquer.com
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now? Please double check your address before placing your order, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their address is accurate. Goddess Lacquer cannot be held responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address, nor will we replace orders shipped to the incorrect address. Orders returned to us, will be refunded minis shipping and customs charges. It will be the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of shipping to the correct address.
Shipping cost? Shipping time?
The cost of shipping is dependent on the shipping method, weight and destination selected at time of checkout. Shipping times vary based on your location. The average shipping time is 10-12 business days, after the order has been processed. See processing time.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently are not shipping internationally, as certain shipping regulations, custom restrictions and requirements apply depending on location. Once we at Goddess Lacquer are clear on the restrictions/regulations/requirements and obtain the necessary certifications, this will be updated, please check back to keep abreast of any changes. Thank you.
Why was my order cancelled? Can I cancel my order?
Goddess Lacquer reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason. If an order is cancelled, a refund will be issued. Customers are also able to cancel their order(s). You must cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase AND before your order begins to process. Once an order has begun processing, it can not be cancelled. To request a cancellation, reach out to us as soon as possible at Orders@goddesslacquer.com and place the words "ORDER CANCELLATION" in the subject line.
My order arrived broken and/or items are missing?
No one likes broken and/or missing items. In the unfortunate event that such a circumstance should take place please contact us at Orders@goddesslacquer.com within 48 hours of receiving your package with the subject line "Broken and/or Missing Items with a message containing your order number and pictures included of the broken/missing items and packaging.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns, but if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us at Orders@goddesslacquer.com

We do receive a large number of emails, please allow 72 hours for us to respond. If you wish to get a prompt response in the subject line place the words "Question" with your order number and address and/or state the question/problem/concern clearly, thank you.
